Mojokerto-Usai menyerahkan Bantuan Subsidi Upah (BSU) Tahap III di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Menaker Ida Fauziyah kembali secara simbolis memberikan BSU kepada pekerja kesehatan, dari total 263 tenaga kesehatan (nakes) di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Sakinah, 168 pekerja Rumah Sakit (RS) Soekandar dan 170 orang pekerja Rumah Sakit (RS) RA Basoeni, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur, Sabtu (1/10/2022).
Ida Fauziyah mengapresiasi manajemen pihak RS yang mengikutsertakan seluruh pekerjanya mengikuti program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BSU ini merupakan wujud hadirnya negara dan ikut merasakan dampak dari kenaikan BBM sekaligus menjaga daya beli masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. “BSU 2022 ini diberikan pemerintah tanpa melihat level pekerja, tapi karena melihat dampak kenaikan BBM yang menimpa semua sektor,” kata Ida Fauziyah.
BSU ini lanjut Ida Fauziyah juga sebagai bentuk apresiasi pemerintah kepada Rumah Sakit yang telah menyertakan para pekerjanya dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Ida Fauziyah mengajak perusahaan-perusahaan lain agar memberikan perlindungan jaminan sosial kepada para pekerjanya.
Ida Fauziyah menambahkan BSU yang diberikan pemerintah sebesar Rp 600 ribu ini, bersumber dari APBN dan bukan uang yang ada di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, “Bantuan ini tak mengurangi uang teman-teman pekerja yang terdaftar di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Ini uang temen-temen pekerja yang diakumulasi manfaatnya dan dikelola oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, ” katanya.
Pekerja/buruh yang berhak menerima BSU ini, kata Ida, harus memenuhi ketentuan sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Permenaker) Nomor 10 Tahun 2022. Yakni, WNI dengan kepemilikan NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan); Peserta aktif BPJamsostek hingga bulan Juli 2022; dan mendapatkan gaji/upah sebanyak Rp3,5 juta, pekerja atau buruh yang bekerja di wilayah dengan minimum upah provinsi atau kabupaten/kota.
Seorang pekerja bagian administrasi RSI Sakinah, Rika Anisa mengatakan BSU yang diterima dari pemerintah akan digunakan untuk membeli kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. “BSU ini sangat bermanfaat sekali buat saya, semoga pemerintah memiliki lagi program-program yang diberikan kepada pekerja,” ujarnya.
Selain RSI Sakinah, Menaker juga meninjau penyaluran BSU di Rumah Makan (RM) Makoya Pandaan, Hotel Royal Senyiur, Kabupaten Pasuruan.

Di saat yang bersamaan, dibawah kepemimpinan Nicke, Pertamina berhasil melakukan transformasi menjadi Holding Migas dengan 6 Subholding, serta membangun digitalisasi dari Hulu Migas sampai ke Hilir (SPBU). Langkah yang tepat, sehingga Pertamina terbukti menjadi lebih efisien dan produktif. Sepak terjang yang luar biasa ini mengantarkannya menjadi Direktur Utama PT Pertamina (Persero) untuk periode kedua.
Mengawali periode ke-2 tersebut, Nicke Widyawati sebagai Direktur Utama Pertamina meraih penghargaan sebagai Tokoh Ketahanan Energi Nasional, dalam acara Rakyat Merdeka Award 2022.
“Penghargaan ini merupakan amanah yang harus terus kami jaga, untuk memastikan kehadiran Pertamina dalam ketahanan, kemandirian, dan kedaulatan energi nasional, benar-benar dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat,” jelas Nicke Widyawati, Direktur Utama PT Pertamina (Persero) saat meneriman penghargaan di Bali Room, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, Jakarta, Rabu (28/9).
Ia mengakui bahwa menjadi pemimpin BUMN sebesar Pertamina, banyak sekali tantangannya. Namun, tantangan terbesar sepanjang periode kepemimpinannya adalah saat menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 yang menghantam hampir seluruh sektor kehidupan, termasuk energi, yang diperburuk dengan terjadinya konflik geopolitik Rusia – Ukraina yang menyebabkan krisis energi dunia.
Nicke mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pimpinan Rakyat Merdeka atas apresiasi yang diberikan. Menurutnya hal ini menjadikan Pertamina semakin semangat memantapkan langkah mendorong transformasi, dalam melaksanakan pengabdian khususnya dalam menjaga ketahanan energi untuk negeri.
“Pertamina akan selalu berada di garis depan menjaga ketahanan energi nasional, dan juga mendorong terjadinya transisi energi,” ujar Nicke.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, ia juga mengucapkan terima kasih atas dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat Indonesia.
“Penghargaan ini saya dedikasikan kepada seluruh pekerja Pertamina yang tetap bekerja dalam kondisi pandemi sekalipun, di seluruh lini operasi Pertamina, baik yang bertugas di daerah terpencil, maupun yang beroperasi di tengah laut,” tambah Nicke.
Dalam menjalankan kepercayaan pemegang saham untuk memimpin BUMN Energi Indonesia di periode kedua ini, Nicke mengaku akan menindaklanjuti agenda dan target besar Pemerintah di sektor energi sebagai bagian dari program Green Energy dan Green Economy yang menjadi arahan Presiden.
Melalui sambutan virtual Presiden RI Joko Widodo mengingatkan bahwa pemerintah terus mengembangkan energi bersih dan memperkuat ekonomi hijau.
“Dengan sinergi dan kerja sama seluruh elemen bangsa. Indonesia akan mampu memanfaatkan banyak peluang untuk tumbuh lebih kuat dan tumbuh secara berkelanjutan.” ujar Jokowi.
Di kesempatan yang sama, Direktur Utama Rakyat Merdeka Group, Kiki Iswara Darmayana mengatakan, tokoh-tokoh yang meraih anugerah Rakyat Merdeka Award telah memberikan segala sumbangsih terbaiknya, berdedikasi tinggi serta bekerja sepenuh hati untuk pemulihan dan kebangkitan Indonesia.
“Salah satunya adalah Pertamina, berkat kerja kerasnya, walau Pertamina sempat mengalami triple shock tetapi Pertamina tetap bisa memenuhi kebutuhan energi untuk negeri, dan menggenjot produksi minyak, ini luar biasa kerja kerasnya.” ujarnya.

Mengawali sambutannya, Ismiransyah menyampaikan apresiasi kepada civitas akademika UNJ terutama melalui Tax Center yang telah berperan dan terlibat secara aktif dalam program-program yang telah dilaksanakan antara lain: Program Relawan Pajak, Inklusi Kesadaran Pajak, serta Edukasi Perpajakan. Ismiransyah menawarkan kerja sama lebih intensif terutama dalam hal pendalaman pemahaman terkait ilmu perpajakan serta update peraturan terbaru bagi para dosen di UNJ.
Gayung bersambut, Dr. Totok Bintoro, M. Pd menyambut baik ajakan kerja sama tersebut sekaligus berjanji akan lebih meningkatkan kerja sama antara Tax Center UNJ dan Kantor Wilayah DJP Jakarta Timur di masa mendatang.
Mataram, 30 September 2022 – Provinsi NTB kini memiliki sekolah khusus yang mewadahi pendidikan anak-anak dan penyandang disabilitas. Amani Eco School yang berlokasi di Dusun Gegerung, Desa Ketapang, Lombok Barat dibangun oleh PLN dengan memanfaatkan limbah pembakaran batu bara PLTU.
Dalam melaksanakan program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) ini, PLN berkolaborasi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dan Lombok Eco International Connection (LEIC).
Wakil Gubernur NTB, Sitti Rohmi Djalillah mengatakan, seluruh pihak harus memiliki pemikiran untuk bergerak bersama, membangun perempuan, anak-anak dan penyandang disabilitas agar tetap mendapat tempat di manapun dan diperjuangkan bersama.
“Gedungnya cantik dan ramah lingkungan. Ini luar biasa. Terima kasih untuk PLN yang program TJSL-nya juga banyak diberikan untuk hal hal yang berorientasi lingkungan. Dan tentunya terima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang turut berkontribusi, karena perjuangan di bidang lingkungan, anak-anak, perempuan dan disabilitas tidak bisa kita laksanakan sendiri,” tutur Umi Rohmi.
Menurut Umi Rohmi, melalui Amani Eco School, anak-anak, perempuan dan penyandang disabilitas dapat memiliki akses dan hak yang sama untuk dapat berkontribusi di tengah-tengah masyarakat.
Umi Rohmi juga berharap, ke depan Amani Eco School ini dapat bermanfaat dan terus bergerak untuk mewujudkan NTB Hijau NTB Bersih.
Sementara itu, Siti Aisyah, Founder sekaligus Pimpinan LEIC Program menjelaskan, Amani Eco School ini akan berfokus pada ecology education yang akan menjadi menggerakkan literasi belajar untuk anak-anak dan difabel training center, yaitu pelatihan keterampilan bagi anak anak dan kelompok difabel.
Hasil keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh para difabel seperti pembuatan eco print, kerajinan daur ulang akan dijual ke Bank Sampah NTB Mandiri, sehingga bisa memberikan penghasilan bagi mereka. Aisyah juga menuturkan sebanyak 45 – 60 anak telah siap bergabung dalam kampanye membaca bersama.
“Rumah ini kecil, tapi mimpinya besar, khususnya untuk sahabat dan dan kakak kakak kita penyandang disabilitas. Terima kasih kepada PLN yang telah berkolaborasi membangun sekolah ini. Amani Eco School akan menjadi pusat kegiatan anak anak dan membantu disabilitas berkarya, kuat dan mandiri melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan,” tutur Aisyah.
Sementara itu, Sudjarwo, General Manager PLN Unit Induk Wilayah NTB mengungkapkan, Amani Eco School ini merupakan perwujudan dari Sustainibility Development Goals (SGDS) yang keempat, yaitu pendidikan berkualitas.
Djarwo juga menjelaskan bahwa pembangunan sekolah ini menggunakan Fly Ash Bottom Ash (FABA), limbah pembakaran batu bara dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) di Jeranjang sebanyak 300 ton untuk stabilisasi tanah dan 2.000 batako dibeli dari UKM yang mendapat bantuan program TJSL berupa alat cetak paving blok dan batako.
“Kami ingin menjadikan NTB sebagai daerah inklusi yang ramah terhadap teman-teman difabel. Semoga rumah pelatihan ini dapat bermanfaat untuk menghadirkan pendidikan yang berkualitas, utamanya bagi para anak anak dan penyandang disabilitas,” jelas Djarwo.
Sebelumnya, PLN juga telah berkolaborasi dengan LEIC telah meresmikan Eco School Nusantara di Lombok Tengah pada bulan Desember 2020 yang hingga saat ini telah berkembang dan memiliki puluhan siswa dengan program yang masih berorientasi terhadap anak anak dan lingkungan.
Jakarta, 30 September 2022 – Negara hadir bagi masyarakat melalui Penyertaan Modal Negara (PMN) kepada PT PLN (Persero) untuk membangun infrastruktur kelistrikan khususnya di kawasan Terdepan, Terluar dan Tertinggal (3T). Hal ini disampaikan Direktur Utama PLN yang diwakili oleh Direktur Distribusi, Adi Priyanto di acara Ngobrol Pagi (Ngopi) Seputar BUMN yang diselenggarakan di Kementerian BUMN, Jakarta, Kamis (29/9).
Pemerataan akses kelistrikan penting segera dilakukan agar setiap masyarakat dapat meningkatkan taraf hidupnya. Salah satunya, Lodia, seorang ibu dari Desa Mbueain, Kecamatan Rote Barat, Kabupaten Rote Ndao, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
Lodia mengatakan, selama hidupnya, penerangan di rumah hanya mengandalkan minyak tanah. Dengan begitu, anak tidak dapat belajar pada malam hari karena penerangannya terbatas. Akhirnya, infrastruktur kelistrikan PLN masuk desa ini, pada 5 Agustus 2020, dan berhasil mengubah hidup masyarakat sekitar.
“Selama 2 tahun ada perubahan, kami sangat bersyukur. Kami bisa masak tidak pakai kayu lagi, tinggal colok saya. Karena listrik masuk, saya juga bisa usaha kecil-kecilan,” ujarnya.
Sepanjang periode 2016-2022, pemerintah telah menyalurkan PMN sebesar Rp 45 triliun guna mendorong pemerataan pelayanan penyediaan akses ketenagalistrikan untuk seluruh rakyat Indonesia sebagai pengamalan dari energi yang berkeadilan.
Direktur Distribusi PLN, Adi Priyanto dalam mengatakan kehadiran energi yang berkeadilan sebagai wujud nyata dari amanat sila ke-5 Pancasila, yakni Keadilan Sosial Bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia.
“Oleh karena itu, seluruh rakyat Indonesia berhak mendapatkan listrik. Untuk itulah PMN hadir sebagai pengejawantahan keadilan, di mana PLN membangun infrastruktur energi di seantero nusantara, terutama daerah tertinggal, terpencil dan merupakan pengejawantahan kedaulatan RI di perbatasan antar negara,” ujarnya.
Adi menjelaskan, dalam upaya menerangi pelosok negeri, PLN memerlukan PMN yang akan meningkatkan elektrifikasi dan mewujudkan keadilan energi. Ia mengatakan infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan yang digunakan untuk melayani daerah-daerah terluar, tertinggal, dan terdepan (3T) membutuhkan biaya investasi per pelanggan yang sangat tinggi, yaitu Rp25 juta sampai Rp45 juta per pelanggan.
“Sementara untuk melistriki pelanggan di daerah non 3T investasinya hanya Rp 1-2 juta. Meski investasinya lebih tinggi berkali lipat tapi pemerintah melalui PLN berkomitmen untuk melistriki seluruh penjuru negeri,” tegasnya.
Pada 2022, PLN mendapatkan alokasi PMN sebesar Rp 5 triliun yang merupakan wujud keberpihakan pemerintah kepada rakyat dan akan digunakan untuk pengembangan infrastruktur kelistrikan di seluruh Indonesia.
“Pengembangan infrastruktur ketenagalistikan di lokasi 3T secara komersial tidak feasible, tetapi PLN tetap harus melaksanakan pembangunan kelistrikan mengacu kepada sila ke-5 Pancasila,” tegasnya.
Adi menambahkan, untuk mempercepat target rasio elektrifikasi, PLN akan melakukan pengembangan infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan di seluruh penjuru Nusantara menuju keadilan sosial dan kemandirian energi pada tahun depan.

Merujuk pada Keputusan Menteri PUPR No. 1234/KPTS/M/2022 tanggal 29 September 2022, jalur yang akan dioperasikan adalah On Ramp Prumpung, On Ramp Casablanca, dan Seksi 1A Koneksi Jalan Tol Wiyoto Wiyono sisi Timur. Ketiga jalur tersebut akan resmi beroperasi dan dapat digunakan oleh pengguna jalan pada 30 September 2022 pukul 14.30 WIB.
Direktur Utama WTR, Rudi Purnomo mengatakan akan terdapat sejumlah dampak positif dari beroperasinya ketiga jalur tol tersebut. “Jalur On Ramp Prumpung akan bermanfaat untuk menghindari kepadatan lalu lintas di jalan D.I. Panjaitan menuju Kota Bekasi dan Jalur On Ramp Casablanca akan mempersingkat waktu perjalanan dari area Jakarta Timur menuju Bekasi, sedangkan Jalur Koneksi Becakayu – Wiyoto Wiyono akan mempersingkat waktu perjalanan dari arah Tanjung Priok menuju Kota Bekasi,” jelas Rudi.
Direktur Utama KKDM, Aris Mujiono mengatakan bahwa Jalan Tol Becakayu telah memberikan manfaat yang sudah dirasakan langsung oleh para pengguna jalan, terutama dalam mempercepat waktu perjalanan dan melancarkan jalur distribusi dari wilayah Jakarta Timur menuju Bekasi Barat. “Selain itu, kehadiran lintas tol tersebut akan meningkatkan angka volume lalu lintas pada Jalan Tol Becakayu secara keseluruhan,” tambah Aris.
Sebagai informasi, Jalan Tol Becakayu memiliki total panjang hingga 16,78 Km, di mana Seksi 1B – C dan Seksi 1A Koneksi Wiyoto Wiyono sisi Barat (Cipinang – Jakasampurna) sepanjang 11,90 Km yang menghubungkan Kota Jakarta Timur dengan Kota Bekasi sudah beroperasi sejak tahun 2017, sedangkan Seksi 1A Koneksi Wiyoto Wiyono sisi Timur (Casablanca – Jakasampurna) sepanjang 2 Km sedang dalam proses untuk beroperasi dan Seksi 2A dan 2A Ujung (Casablanca – Marga Jaya) sepanjang 4,88 Km sedang dalam tahap mengajukan Uji Laik Fungsi dan Uji Laik Operasi (ULF – ULO).
