Melalui G20 Orchestra, Musisi Indonesia Bisa Diperhitungkan Dunia

Jakarta, FMB9 – Pianis senior Ananda Sukarlan, yang juga Direktur Artistik G20 Orchestra tengah menyiapkan konser orkestra istimewa di pelataran Candi Borobudur pada 12 September 2022. G20 Orchestra, nama orkes bentukan Ananda, merupakan kumpulan musisi muda dari berbagai Negara anggota G20.

Melalui Orkestra ini Indonesia bisa menampilkan musisi-musisi terbaiknya unjuk kemampuan di mata dunia. Karena itu, lanjut dia, dirinya merancang orksetra G20 ini tidak sekedar pertunjukan musik biasa.

“Kita harus bisa membuat gebrakan yang negara lain belum pernah lakukan. Dalam hal gender, dimana dalam musik klasik sangat dominan laki-laki, pada orkestra ini kita mengedepankan kesetaraan gender. Tercermin pada komposisi musisi yang terlibat di dalamnya.  Kumpulan musisi ini juga milenial, anggotanya anak muda. Kita ingin inovasi anak muda,” kata Ananda dalam diskusi online yang digelar Forum Merdeka Barat 9 (FMB9), Rabu (7/9/2022).

Lebih lanjut Ananda menjelaskan bahwa orkestra nanti akan disajikan dalam bentuk musik klasik. Langkah ini dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan budaya dan kearifan lokal dalam event penyelenggaraan Pertemuan G20.

“Akhirnya saat ini Indonesia bisa dipandang oleh dunia, bahwa kita bukan hanya punya budaya etnik tetapi musik. Kita bisa sejajar dengan negara-negara lain, bisa menawarkan musisi-musisi kita untuk bermain bersama musisi-musisi dari negara lain,” uangkap Ananda saraya menyampaikan terima kasih atas kepercayaan yang diberikan kepadanya.

Orkestra yang melibatkan musisi dari 20 negara itu tidak sekedar pertunjukan musik klasik. Lebih dari itu, G20 Orchestra adalah sebuah dokumentasi sejarah yang dibuat dalam bentuk musik orkestra.

“Kita bisa mengklaim juga bahwa orkestra sebagai warisan musik klasik. Sebelumnya tidak ada orkestra yang anggotanya dari 20 negara. Musik itu bukan hanya sekedar hiburan, tapi juga bentuk dokumentasi dari kejadian sejarah. Juga satu bentuk diplomasi antara manusia-manusia yang berbeda karena musik itu bahasa universal,” pungkasnya.

Musik mempersatukan manusia dari berbagai latar belakang suku, ras dan status sosial.  “Sudah dibuktikan, kita sudah berkumpul lima hari selama di Jakarta, musikus itu sudah seperti keluarga, mereka senang, persahabatan persaudaraannya luar biasa. Rencana kami tercapai. Kita semua Bersatu.” tuturnya.

Ia menegaskan bahwa melalui sajian orkestra istimewa ini, dirinya juga ingin menampilkan kebudayaan Indonesia ke mata dunia.  Karena itu, pilihan lokasi Candi Borobudur untuk menghelat orksetra istimewa tersebut sangat relevan dengan semangat memanfaatkan aset budaya sebagai media diplomasi.

Komitmen WSBP Rampungkan Proyek Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung (KAPB) Tahap II

Jakarta, September 2022. “Sejak awal berdiri kami sudah dipercaya menyuplai produk untuk berbagai jalan tol di Indonesia, antara lain Trans Sumatera dan Trans Jawa,” ungkap Sugiharto, Director of Operations PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. Seperti diketahui bahwa saat ini PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (Kode Saham: WSBP) tengah menyuplai produk dan melakukan pekerjaan jasa konstruksi untuk salah satu proyek jalan tol di Pulau Sumatera yaitu Proyek Jalan Tol Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung (KAPB) Tahap II.

Jalan Tol KAPB Tahap II ini menghubungkan wilayah Palembang hingga Betung sepanjang 69,19 km. “Jika sebelumnya kami sudah menyelesaikan suplai produk untuk proyek Jalan Tol KAPB Tahap I pada 2020 lalu sepanjang 42,5 km. Ini berarti WSBP masih memiliki peluang besar untuk proyek-proyek Trans Sumatera,” tambahnya.

Dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 625,42 miliar, proyek yang berlokasi di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan ini ditargetkan akan selesai disuplai pada tahun 2023. Di mana proyek ini merupakan lanjutan dari kontrak tahap sebelumnya yang telah selesai disuplai. Adapun produk yang disuplai pada Tahap II ini yaitu precast Spun Pile dan Full slab, yang diproduksi dan dikirim dari Plant Gasing, di Palembang. “Hingga saat ini progress suplai produk dari Plant Gasing ke Proyek KAPB telah mencapai sekitar 87,8%. Kami menargetkan penyelesaian pengerjaan proyek pada Oktober 2022.

Tidak hanya menyuplai produk, WSBP juga mengerjakan konstruksinya. “Hingga saat ini progress Konstruksi Pile slab yang menjadi porsi WSBP pada proyek Jalan Tol KAPB Tahap II Paket II Seksi III telah mencapai sebesar 41,06% dan Paket IV Seksi 3B mencapai 43,71%,” ungkap Sugiharto.

Nantinya dengan adanya tol ini diharapkan meningkatkan konektivitas antar wilayah, meningkatkan mobilitas penduduk, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar, dan memangkas biaya angkutan logistik dan mengurangi waktu tempuh pengiriman barang. “Dengan adanya tol ini, dapat menghubungkan wilayah dari Kayu Agung, Palembang, Kramasan, hingga Betung,” katanya.

Sebagai informasi WSBP menargetkan perolehan nilai kontrak baru tumbuh hingga 30% di tahun 2022, sebesar Rp 3,5 triliun. Selain dari Internal Waskita Grup, WSBP juga memiliki target proyek baru dari proyek dari pasar eksternal yang berasal dari proyek Pemerintah, BUMN, dan swasta.

“Pada semester II/2022 ini kami akan membidik beberapa proyek besar yang diharapkan dapat menaikkan kinerja perusahaan seperti proyek jalan tol, jembatan, gedung, dan proyek lainnya,” ujarnya. Untuk mendukung proyek tersebut, tentunya WSBP terus berinovasi untuk menghasilkan produk baru yang lebih unggul dari kompetitor. Berbagai inovasi produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan yaitu bantalan rel kereta api tipe 1067 dan 1435, tiang listrik beton, dan SprigWP untuk mendukung proyek infrastruktur di Indonesia.

Ke depannya WSBP memiliki target untuk terus meningkatkan perolehan dari pasar retail. “Tahun 2022 kami optimis dapat terus meningkatkan hingga naik 2x lipat, dari yang sebelumnya mengalami peningkatan sebesar 50%” ungkapnya. Hal ini sejalan dengan strategi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan dan ekspansi ke pasar eksternal baik di dalam maupun luar negeri.

Proses penilaian tersebut berlangsung sejak 25 April-14 Agustus 2022.

TOP GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) Awards yang digelar oleh Majalah Top Business merupakan ajang tahunan penilaian dan pemberian penghargaan GRC yang tertinggi di Indonesia, yang diberikan kepada perusahaan-perusahaan, yang dinilai berkinerja baik, dan telah menerapkan GRC secara efektif dan terintegratif, dalam pengelolaan bisnis.

WSBP telah menerapkan kebijakan manajemen kepatuhan, di mana kami berkomitmen dalam menjalankan Whistleblowing System (WBS), pedoman pengendalian gratifikasi, serta prosedur pengelolaan keterbukaan informasi. Dari sisi manajemen risiko, perusahaan menerapkan High Level Guidance pada kegiatan manufaktur, konstruksi dan investasi, menerapkan prinsip kehatihatian, four eyes principles, kriteria kelayakan minimal.

Keberhasilan dalam mengimplementasikan GRC dalam internal perusahaan ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kepercayaan terhadap perusahaan. “Termasuk, WSBP melakukan program restrukturisasi kredit itu berjalan sukses, lalu juga melakukan PKPU (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang) di awal 2022 ini, tapi langsung selesai dalam lima bulan,” kata FX Poerbayu Ratsunu, President Director PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. Saat ini perusahaan juga melakukan transformasi bisnis untuk kembali menuju market leader di industri beton pracetak.
Perusahaan pun menegaskan komitmen seluruh pihak untuk meningkatkan penerapan praktik GRC yang mengacu pada best practices. Lebih lanjut dijelaskan, dalam hal penerapan kebijakan manajemen kepatuhan, WSBP juga senantiasa mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan, pedoman pengendalian grafitikasi, serta mengedepankan keterbukaan informasi kepada publik.

Kemenkeu Pastikan Subsidi Energi Berkeadilan dan Tepat Sasaran

Jakarta, FMB9 – Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) mengalihkan alokasi dana APBN untuk subsidi dan kompensasi energi sebesar Rp24,17 triliun guna memastikan penyalurannya tepat sasaran.

Kepala Badan Kebijakan Fiskal (BKF) Kemenkeu, Febrio Kacaribu mengatakan realokasi anggaran dilakukan sejalan dengan arahan Presiden Joko Widodo agar penyaluran subsidi dan kompensasi energi berkeadilan dan tepat sasaran.

“Seperti arahan Pak Presiden, kita mengalihkan sebagian dari subsidi dan kompensasi tersebut yang sudah jelas tidak tepat sasaran. Kita ingin berkeadilan, makanya diambil keputusan untuk mengalihkan alokasi,” ujarnya dalam diskusi online yang digelar Forum Merdeka Barat 9 (FMB9) berjudul ‘Alih Subsidi BBM: Bansos Topang Masyarakat Miskin’, Selasa (6/9/2022).

Realokasi anggaran tersebut diimplementasikan ke dalam sejumlah program besar pemerintah. Antara lain, pemberian Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dan bantuan subsidi upah untuk pekerja berpenghasilan Rp3,5 juta ke bawah.

“Awalnya, pemerintah mengalokasikan dana subsidi dan kompensasi energi di APBN sebesar Rp 152 triliun untuk tahun anggaran 2022. Namun, kenaikan harga komoditas internasional, khususnya harga pangan dan energi, membuat asumsi yang sudah ditetapkan dalam APBN harus direvisi,” ungkap Febrio.

Selain itu, revisi perlu dilakukan setelah berdasarkan hasil evaluasi bahwa penyaluran subsidi dan kompensasi energi tidak tepat sasaran dengan temuan sebanyak 70 persen penerima merupakan kelompok masyarakat mampu.

“Lalu, kita hitung ulang dan mendapatkan arahan dari pimpinan pada Mei 2022 lalu untuk tetap menjaga daya beli masyarakat, momentum pemilihan ekonomi, khususnya konsumsi,” jelasnya.

Dengan demikian, sambung Febrio, diputuskan agar APBN dapat berperan secara kuat sebagai shock absorber terhadap kenaikan harga komoditas internasional tersebut.

Dijelaskan, harga komoditas minyak mentah sempat tinggi mencapai USD 100 per barel, sedangkan asumsi awal harganya USD 63 per barel. Sehingga membuat alokasi subsidi dan kompensasi energi membesar lebih dari 3 kali lipat dari Rp 152 triliun menjadi Rp 502 triliun.

“Lalu, kita asses lagi sesuai dengan arahan Pak Presiden seperti apa subsidi dan kompensasi ini,” jelasnya.

Dengan mempertimbangkan harga komoditas dan volume konsumsi masyarakat kian meningkat karena pesatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi, maka ditetapkan outlook terakhir dana subsidi dan kompensasi energi sebesar Rp 698 triliun.
