Amartha Perkuat Bisnis di Jatim, Gandeng BPR Jatim Salurkan 250 Miliar Rupiah Modal Usaha

PT Amartha Mikro Fintek (Amartha), microfinance marketplace yang berfokus pada pengembangan UMKM lewat layanan keuangan inklusif, berkolaborasi dengan BPR Jatim untuk melakukan penyaluran modal usaha bagi perempuan pengusaha mikro dengan komitmen sebesar Rp250 miliar. Kesepakatan kerja sama ditandai dengan prosesi penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) yang dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat (26/8) di kantor pusat Amartha.

Kolaborasi yang terjalin antara Amartha dan BPR Jatim bertujuan untuk memperluas akses permodalan bagi UMKM di wilayah Jawa Timur dan sebagian di Jawa Tengah. Penyaluran pendanaan akan menargetkan perempuan pengusaha mikro yang bergerak di sektor perdagangan, jasa, serta industri rumah tangga. Kerja sama ini menggunakan pola kredit channeling.

Budhi Siswoadji, Chief Operating Officer Amartha, menyampaikan bahwa “Amartha senantiasa menjalin kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk mengakselerasi pertumbuhan UMKM Indonesia. Khusus di wilayah pulau Jawa, melalui kolaborasi dengan BPR Jatim, Amartha akan menyalurkan permodalan dengan besaran yang berkisar mulai dari tiga juta rupiah hingga 15 juta rupiah. Dengan besaran tersebut, tentu saja segmen yang kami sasar adalah UMKM akar rumput, karena segmen ini memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang namun terkendala akses layanan keuangan”.

Sebagai informasi, Amartha telah menjangkau lebih dari 170.000 mitra UMKM khusus di wilayah Jawa Timur, dengan total poin operasional sebanyak 118 poin. Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki mitra paling banyak dibanding provinsi lainnya di pulau Jawa, karena adanya dukungan yang bersinergi dari sektor perbankan.

BPR Jatim telah berpengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun dalam mengembangkan UMKM di wilayah Jawa Timur. Lewat akses keuangan, BPR Jatim mewujudkan visinya untuk turut berperan serta menggerakkan roda ekonomi wilayah Jawa Timur melalui pemberdayaan UMKM.

Yudhi Wahyu Maharani, Direktur Utama BPR Jatim menyampaikan, “Latar belakang kerja sama antara BPR Jatim dan Amartha adalah karena kami memiliki kesamaan visi, yakni memberdayakan UMKM dengan menyediakan akses keuangan. Amartha sudah berpengalaman di bidang ini, serta memiliki kinerja yang sangat sehat, dibuktikan dengan angka NPL yang stabil di bawah 0,5%. Lewat kerja sama ini, BPR Jatim berharap dapat memperbesar portofolio kredit produktif sekaligus mendukung UMKM Jawa Timur untuk lebih maju”.

BPR Jatim optimis dengan adanya teknologi yang dikembangkan Amartha, penyaluran modal bagi pelaku UMKM akan lebih mudah dan terukur. Meskipun segmen akar rumput berpotensi besar untuk tumbuh, namun tidak semua perusahaan mampu mengembangkan teknologi yang mumpuni untuk menggarap segmen ini. Terlebih, di saat kondisi ekonomi sedang menunjukkan pelemahan, bantuan modal usaha serta dukungan teknologi adalah kunci bagi UMKM untuk dapat bertahan dan terus berinovasi.

Hingga saat ini, Amartha telah menyalurkan lebih dari delapan triliun rupiah permodalan kepada lebih dari 1,2 juta pengusaha ultra mikro yang tersebar di 35.000 desa di Indonesia.

“Amartha senantiasa berupaya untuk memperkuat performa bisnisnya di Jawa Timur. Jusuf Hamka Tantang Forjukafi Genggam Saham Jalan Tol Soreang-Pasir Koja

Jakarta-Jusuf Hamka atau lebih dikenal masyarakat dengan sebutan Babah Alun sosok dermawan, ramah dan tidak sombong. Ia termasuk sosok yang merajai usaha Jalan Tol. Bahkan usaha jalan tolnya, berusaha saham akan dilepas ke masyarakat agar dapat sama-sama menikmati cuan bisnis ini.

Untuk itulah Forum Jurnalis Wakaf Indonesia (Forjukafi) menyambanginya agar lebih dekat mengenal kepribadian dan ide bisnisnya.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut Babah Alun mengungkapkan gagasan konsep kesejahteraan masyarakat berbasis Jalan Tol.

“Saya akan melepas 1 persen dulu, ke Forjukafi dan anggotanya. Ini tol trafiknya tinggi dan tiap tol itu tidak seperti minimarket yang selalu ada pesaing secara berdampingan,” kata dia di Jakarta, Kamis (22/9/2022).

Rencananya Jalan Tol yang sahamnya akan dilepas yaitu Jalan Tol Soreang–Pasirkoja atau Jalan Tol Soroja adalah jalan tol yang membentang sepanjang 10,55 kilometer yang menghubungkan antara Kota Bandung dengan Soreang, ibu kota Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Jalan tol ini terhubung dengan Jalan Tol Padaleunyi di sebelah utara.

Jalan Tol Soreang – Pasir Koja (Soroja) yang telah resmi beroperasi sejak akhir tahun 2017, terdiri dari 2 seksi, yaitu Seksi 1 Pasir Koja – Margaasih (2,75 Km) dan seksi 2 Segmen Margaasih – Katapang (3,3 Km) dan Segmen Katapang – Soreang (2,1 Km).

“Itu Jalan Tol waktu proposal 19 ribu trafiknya namun realisasinya 39 ribu,” katanya.

Dengan rencana pelepasan saham Jalan Tol tersebut, dia berharap ini merupakan konsep syariah murni tanpa riba. Semua pembayaran di tol dilakukan non tunai. Tidak ada uang yang masuk disembunyikan karena transparan.

“Agar ini bisa jalan, kalian bicarakan dulu dengan regulator yaitu Badan Pengatur Jalan Tol (BPJT),” katanya.

Rencananya, kata dia, per lembar saham akan dibanderol Rp1 juta. Harapannya Umat dan Forjukafi dapat menikmati bisnis Jalan Tol dan merasa memiliki.

“Orang akan bangga punya sertifikat yang dividennya akan dibagikan tiap tiga bulan sekali, itu bisa buat macam – macam kebutuhan hidup,” jelas dia.

Satu Tahun Berkolaborasi, Holding Ultra Mikro Berhasil Tingkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Melalui UMKM

Jakarta, 15 September 2022 – Satu tahun sudah Holding Ultra Mikro PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk sebagai induk, bersama PT Pegadaian dan PT Permodalan Madani (PNM) terbentuk. Ketiga entitas ini, berhasil mendorong ekonomi Indonesia dengan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta mempercepat inklusi keuangan.

Hingga akhir Agustus 2022 tercatat jumlah nasabah yang telah diintegrasikan ketiga entitas Holding UMi mencapai 23,5 juta nasabah dengan total outstanding pembiayaan sebesar Rp.183,9 triliun. Pencapaian ini selaras dengan salah satu agenda prioritas dalam Presidensi G20 di Indonesia, yakni inklusi keuangan utamanya terkait teknologi digital dan akses pembiayaan bagi UMKM.

Di tahun 2021, Holding UMi berhasil menaikkelaskan 1,8 juta nasabah KUR Mikro ke Komersial, semantara di tahun 2022 diprediksi nasabah yang berhasil dinaikkelaskan mencapai 2,2 juta nasabah.

Tak hanya dari sisi pembiayaan, hingga Agustus 2022 integrasi layanan ketiga entitas atau co-location melalui Gerai Senyum sudah mencapai 1.003 lokasi. Sedangkan target awal adalah 978 lokasi Gerai Senyum. Penabung baru UMi mencapai 6,85 juta, adapun target awal sebanyak 3,3 juta. Nasabah PNM Mekaar yang bergabung sebagai Agen BRILink sudah mencapai 40.121 dan jumlah nasabah Tabungan Emas Pegadaian mencapai 23 ribu.

Direktur Utama PT Pegadaian Damar Latri Setiawan mengapresiasi kinerja dan kolaborasi yang telah dilakukan oleh ketiga entitas. Tujuan holding yang diinisiasi oleh Kementerian BUMN sejak September 2021 lalu, mulai menunjukkan hasil yang positif untuk bagaimana kedepan KPI yang telah ditetapkan dapat dikerjakan bersama-sama untuk dapat melayani 55 juta nasabah Ultra Mikro di Indonesia.

“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh tim Ultra Mikro BRI, Pegadaian dan PNM, yang telah berkolaborasi dan bekerja keras dengan semangat yang luar biasa dalam setahun ini, untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada masyarakat khususnya nasabah ultra mikro,” ujar Damar.

Damar juga juga menambahkan, bahwa pembentukan Holding Ultra Mikro telah banyak membawa manfaat yang luar biasa untuk ketiga entitas maupun masyarakat Indonesia, baik dalam menyukseskan inklusi keuangan maupun meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui UMKM. Kedepan, diharapkan sinergi Holding Ultra Mikro semakin berdaya demi Indonesia Sejahtera.

 

Holding Ultra Mikro Perkokoh Pondasi Ekonomi Kerakyatan Indonesia

Dalam kesempatan terpisah, Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir mengungkapkan bahwa Holding UMi telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Menurutnya, konsep pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan yang diadopsi ada dua.

“Pertama bagaimana BUMN memastikan usaha pelaku UMKM dan UMi mendapatkan pembiayaan yang sesuai dilengkapi dengan pendampingan yang tidak kalah penting. Kedua, menjaga rantai pasok. Contoh bagaimana kita konsolidasi BRI, dengan PNM, dan Pegadaian. BRI itu kan memastikan UMKM naik kelas yang tadinya ultra mikro. Melalui PNM pinjaman Rp1 juta–Rp4 juta, lalu naik ke Pegadaian yang pinjamannnya mungkin Rp20 juta–Rp50 juta, nanti naik lagi”, jelasnya.

“Ini sangat positif, bagaimana mereka punya kesempatan buat naik kelas tetapi tidak hanya dengan membiayai, tapi juga dengan pendampingan-pendampingan. Ini yang penting,” ujar Erick Thohir.

Erick juga menjelaskan bahwa Holding UMi yang lahir sejak September 2021 semakin membuktikan kehadiran negara secara langsung untuk mengangkat ekonomi kerakyatan. Di mana perusahaan besar atau korporasi harus bersinergi dengan pelaku usaha yang paling kecil sekalipun.

“Ini yang kami jaga dan saya yakini, pemerintahan Presiden Jokowi fokus bagaimana pembedahan ekonomi kerakyatan ini dapat menjadi platform yang tepat,’’ pungkasnya.

Pegadaian Menghimbau Masyarakat Untuk Tidak Tertipu Rekrutmen Palsu

Jakarta 22 September 2022 – PT Pegadaian menghimbau masyarakat agar cermat dan teliti terhadap informasi rekrutmen atau penerimaan pegawai yang mengatasnamakan Direksi atau Pejabat Pegadaian.

Kepala Departemen Komunikasi Perusahaan PT Pegadaian, Basuki Tri Andayani mengatakan, bahwa modus penipuan rekrutmen karyawan dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Tidak hanya melalui sms dan aplikasi berbagi pesan seperti whatsapp maupun telegram, tapi modus penipuan berkedok undangan penerimaan karyawan juga biasanya dikirimkan ke calon korban melalui email, yang menyatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan diterima sebagai karyawan Pegadaian.

“Biasanya, calon korban akan diminta datang ke kantor Pegadaian dengan menggunakan jasa tour dan travel, seolah pelaku membantu menyediakan transportasi dan akomodasi bagi para calon korban agar bisa mengikuti proses rekrutmen,” jelas Basuki.

Basuki juga menambahkan, setelah calon korban berhasil dijaring, selanjutnya pelaku akan meminta transfer dengan alasan untuk biaya pengganti transport dan akomodasi tersebut.

“Dalam setiap rekrutmen karyawan yang dilakukan oleh Pegadaian, sama sekali tidak memungut biaya. Pegadaian juga tidak pernah bekerjasama dengan pengelola jasa tour dan travel untuk proses rekrutmen,” tambah Basuki.

Bagi masyarakat yang mendapatkan informasi atau pesan tersebut, diharapkan agar segera melakukan konfirmasi ke kantor Pegadaian terdekat, atau menghubungi 1500 569 . Namun jika terlanjur menjadi korban penipuan, agar melaporkan kepada pihak yang berwajib agar dapat ditindak sesuai hukum yang berlaku.

Program rekrutmen karyawan PT Pegadaian dilakukan melalui program Management Development Program secara terbuka untuk masyarakat luas. Sedangkan untuk rekrutmen internal dilakukan dengan program Staff Development Program. Holding PLN dengan 4 Sub-Holding Baru Diumumkan Menteri BUMN, Makin Lincah Jadi Perusahaan Energi Berbasis Teknologi Menyambut Masa Depan

Jakarta, 21 September 2022 – Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) PLN melalui Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) nomor SK-212/MBU/09/2022 dan nomor SK-213/MBU/09/2022 pada tanggal 21 September 2022 telah memutuskan melakukan perubahan nomenklatur, pengangkatan dan pemberhentian Direksi serta Komisaris PT PLN (Persero).

Dalam Keputusan tersebut maka susunan Direksi PLN yang baru adalah sebagai berikut:

BWI Bangga IPB Investasikan Wakaf 200 Milyar di Sukuk Wakaf, Prof. Nuh: Contoh Bagi Kampus Lain

Institut Pertanian Bogor bersama dengan Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) kembali  akan menjalin kerja sama pengelolaan wakaf uang melalui penandatanganan  Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) di Ruang Sidang Rektor , Gedung Andi Hakim Nasoetion, Kampus IPB Dramaga, Bogor pada hari Kamis (22/9). Penandatanganan PKS dilakukan Ketua Badan Pelaksana Badan Wakaf Indonesia , Prof. Dr. Ir H. Mohammad NUH, DEA dan Rektor IPB, Prof. Dr. Arif Satria, SP, M.Si dan dihadiri anggota komisioner BWI serta Wakil Pimpinan dan dosen IPB.

Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Keuangan memberi andil yang sangat besar dalam menerbitkan sukuk wakaf private placement. Bagi hasil investasi sukuk lebih tinggi dari rata-rata bagi hasil deposito dan seluruh dana dijamin keutuhannya dan dikembalikan pada saat jatuh tempo sukuk wakafnya.

IPB menyerahkan wakaf uang berjangka untuk dikelola BWI senilai Rp. 200 miliar melalui skema Sukuk Wakaf Private Placement dengan tujuan pemanfaatan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi IPB di bidang pendidikan ,penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat.

BWI sangat mengapresiasi langkah IPB dalam menempatkan dana Endowment Fundnya di Sukuk Wakaf. Sukuk Wakaf IPB menjadi sukuk wakaf pertama yang terbesar yang dikelola BWI. Sebelumnya pada tanggal 30 Juni 2022, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember menjadi pelopor penempatan endowment fund  Perguruan Tinggi di sukuk wakaf yang dikelola melalui skema private placement. Pengelolaan dana abadi perguruan tinggi dalam skema sukuk wakaf private placement memberikan keuntungan yang optimal karena seluruh dana dijamin oleh pemerintah dan imbal hasil sukuk lebih tinggi dari rata-rata deposito.

Ketua BWI, Prof. Dr. Ir. Mohammad Nuh, DEA menyampaikan rasa terima kasih dan bangga pada IPB, yang menjadi salah satu kampus pioneer dalam mengembangkan dan mendayagunakan wakaf.

“Saya sampaikan rasa syukur dan terima kasih. Bukan saja soal seratus, dua ratus, atau satu trilyun, tapi yang paling penting adalah membuka urusan wakaf yang kita tahu tidak hanya urusan ukhrawi, tetapi juga ada hitungan bisnis (kebermanfaatan di dunia),” tuturnya.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Mohammad Nuh, DEA, yakin bahwa langkah yang dilakukan IPB, menyusul ITS untuk mengembangkan dan mendayagunakan wakaf akan menjadi corong yang akan membesarkan wakaf di kampus-kampus Indonesia.

“Kami sangat yakin, hal ini akan menjadi endoser atau corong, yang dapat diikuti kampus-kampus lain. Terlebih, investasi wakaf di CWLS ini banyak manfaatnya. Kalau saya hitung setidaknya ada sepuluh, diantaranya, sekarang itu kan dana abadi (Endowment Fund) sudah kewajiban bukan lagi pilihan, kampus secara imperative harus punya. Tapi dana abadi in ikan tidak boleh diam, harus berkembang, dan dinvestasikan ke produk yang memiliki return baik.”

Sementara itu, Prof. Dr. Arif Satria menilai bahwa penting terkait waqf awareness, miindset tentang wakaf dengan literasi harus terus dikembangkan untuk memaksimalkan potensi wakaf di Indonesia. Dulu orang hanya mengenal wakaf hanya untuk masjid dan makam, tapi sejak ada BWI menurut Prof. Dr. Arif Satria orang semakin mengenal wakaf, dan IPB melakukan langkah strategis konkrit dengan menginvestasikan wakaf di CWLS.

“Setiap langkah yang kami lakukan harus dipertanggungjawabkan. Harus akuntabel. Kami akan ditanya sama BPK ini kenapa penempatan dananya di sini? Kita tahu kalua deposito hanya dapat paling 2,5 persen, tapi dengan skema sukuk wakaf private placement kitab isa dapat 6 persen, dan bebas pajak. Selain penempatan dana wakaf ini, IPB juga mengembangkan project-project wakaf seperrti water station, IPB Memorial Park (pemakaman untuk keluarga besar IPB), wakaf asuransi, dan wakaf produktif sawah.” terangnya.

ITS dan IPB menjadi role model pengelolaan dana abadi/ endowment fund  perguruan tinggi dengan skema wakaf di Indonesia. Pengembangan pendidikan melalui pengelolaan dana abadi/  sudah dilakukan oleh universitas-universitas di luar negeri antara lain Harvard University, University of Texas, Yale University, Stanford University, Princeton University , dimana dana endowment fund diinvestasikan dan hasil investasinya digunakan untuk pemberian beasiswa dan pengembangan pendidikan.

Langkah IPB dan ITS dalam mengelola dana abadi melalui skema wakaf dapat diikuti oleh perguruan tinggi lainnya. Dengan skema wakaf private placement, dana abadi perguruan tinggi dapat dikelola secara optimal, dan memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar untuk kemajuan dunia pendidikan.
