Rumor beredar Ketua Umum PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri melobi Presiden Joko Widodo agar mendukung Puan Maharani di Pilpres 2024. Meski belum tentu benar, rumor tersebut juga tidak dibantah oleh PDIP. Pertanyaannya, apakah ini masih menjadi kenangan pahit bagi Prabowo dan partai Gerindranya atau justru ini pertanda Partai Gerindra akan kembali bermesraaan alias Duet dengan PDI Perjuangan mengingat  beberapa waktu lalu Puan Maharani sempat berkunjung ke Hambalang menemui Prabowo, begitu pula sebaliknya Prabowo juga sempat bersilaturahmi ke Teuku Umar bertemu dengan Megawati Soekarnoputri.

Mendag Zulkifli Hasan Bertemu Menteri Perdagangan dan Industri Qatar, Jajaki Peningkatan Kerja Sama Perdagangan

Doha, 10 Oktober 2022 – Indonesia dan Qatar menyepakati perlunya peningkatan kerja sama di bidang perdagangan. Kedua negara juga perlu untuk tidak hanya memperdalam kerja sama di bidang perdagangan, tetapi juga investasi dan sektor lainnya, termasuk jasa, secara bersama-sama.

Hal tersebut disampaikan Menteri Perdagangan RI Zulkifli Hasan saat bertemu Menteri Perdagangan dan Industri Qatar Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al Thani di Doha, Qatar, Senin (10/10).

“Qatar merupakan mitra strategis Indonesia di kawasan Timur Tengah dan untuk menjangkau pasar di Asia Selatan, Asia Tengah, dan Afrika Utara,” ujar Mendag Zulkifli Hasan. Di sisi lain, Mendag Zulkifli Hasan melihat bahwa kedua negara masih belum mengoptimalkan potensi perdagangan bilateral antara kedua negara. Nilai transaksi perdagangan Indonesia dan Qatar masih di bawah USD 1 miliar dengan didominasi perdagangan migas.

Mendag Zulkifli Hasan mengatakan, selama lima tahun terakhir neraca perdagangan Indonesia–Qatar mencatatkan defisit bagi Indonesia. “Hal tersebut disebabkan masih rendahnya permintaan produk Indonesia di Qatar serta tingginya kebutuhan Indonesia akan impor minyak dan gas dari Qatar,” ungkap Mendag.

Berdasarkan kedua hal tersebut, Mendag RI mengutarakan sekaligus mengajak Menteri Perdagangan dan Industri Qatar untuk bersama-sama meningkatkan kerja sama perdagangan kedua negara secara lebih bermakna, baik melalui forum kerja sama regional (Gulf Cooperation Council/GCC) maupun bilateral.

Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Mendag Zulkifli Hasan meminta Qatar sebagai salah satu anggota GCC untuk mendorong terlaksananya proses perundingan Indonesia–GCC CEPA, yang usulannya telah diinisiasi Indonesia sejak 2018.

“Indonesia berharap kedua negara dapat membentuk persetujuan Indonesia–GCC CEPA (IGCC–CEPA) sebagai landasan dalam mewujudkan kerja sama ekonomi yang lebih erat dan bermakna,” kata Mendag Zulkifli Hasan.

Sebelum mengakhiri pertemuan ini, Mendag Zulkifli Hasan mengapresiasi keberhasilan Qatar untuk menjadi tuan rumah Piala Dunia Sepak Bola 2022. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Qatar memiliki kemampuan melakukan perhelatan dunia tidak hanya secara finansial namun juga didukung oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengelola perhelatan tersebut.

Mendag Zulkifli Hasan pun mengundang para pengusaha Qatar untuk hadir dalam Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) ke-37 yang digelar secara fisik pada 19–23 Oktober 2022 dan secara virtual pada 19 Oktober–19 Desember 2022. “Kami mengundang para pelaku usaha Qatar agar turut berpartisipasi dalam TEI untuk memperluas jaringan bisnis dan meningkatkan hubungan perdagangan kedua negara,” kata Mendag.

Sekilas Perdagangan Indonesia–Qatar

Pada periode Januari–Juli 2022, total perdagangan Indonesia–Qatar mencapai USD 758,1 juta atau meningkat 29,02 persen dibanding periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Pada 2021, total perdagangan Indonesia–Qatar tercatat USD 893,0 juta atau turun 0,24 persen dibanding 2020. Ekspor Indonesia ke Qatar pada 2021 justru naik 17,83 persen menjadi USD 217,2 juta. Sementara impor Indonesia dari Qatar tercatat turun 4,92 persen menjadi USD 675,8 juta. Komoditas ekspor utama Indonesia ke Qatar adalah structures, light-vessels, kendaraan bermotor, tabung dan pipa, serta besi lembaran. Di sisi lain, komoditas impor utama Indonesia dari Qatar adalah sulfur, unwrought aluminum, polymers of ethylene, alkohol asiklik, dan sodium hidroksida.

Jakarta–Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan menilai petugas Desa Migran Produktif (Desmigratif) memiliki peran sangat signifikan karena memberikan pelindungan terhadap pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) yang akan atau purna bekerja ke luar negeri, serta perlindungan terhadap keluarga PMI melalui 4 pilar.

Empat pilar yang dimaksud yaitu sebagai pusat layanan migrasi untuk memberikan edukasi awal mengenai tata cara bekerja keluar negeri sesuai dengan prosedur, kegiatan usaha produktif untuk memberikan keterampilan membangun usaha produktif, community parenting sebagai pusat belajar mengajar untuk anak PMI, dan pembentukan koperasi.

“Peran petugas Desmigratif sangat signifikan karena mereka sebagai ujung tombak pemerintah dalam upaya penghentian penempatan PMI secara non prosedural, pelindungan dan pemberdayaan bagi keluarga PMI maupun PMI purna,” kata Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja dan Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja (Binapenta dan PKK), Suhartono.

Dirjen Suhartono menyampaikan hal tersebut saat membuka acara Pengembangan Kapasitas Petugas Desmigratif pada Program Desmigratif tahun 2022 di Jakarta pada Senin (10/10/2022). Acara ini diikuti oleh petugas Desmigratif dari 50 desa yang tersebar di 50 kabupaten/kota.

Lebih lanjut Dirjen Suhartono menyatakan bahwa petugas Desmigratif dalam menjalankan perannya juga tidak hanya harus mampu melakukan komunikasi secara intensif ke aparat tingkat desa, kecamatan, dan tingkat kabupaten/kota, tetapi juga kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat di desa binaannya.

Ia juga mengemukakan bahwa saat ini dunia tengah membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja untuk bekerja di berbagai sektor. Pihaknya pun mengingatkan petugas Desmigratif agar sekembalinya dari acara ini membantu pemerintah untuk memastikan tidak ada penempatan PMI yang un-prosedural.

“Nanti Bapak Ibu bisa membantu kami di desa Bapak Ibu sekalian yang mau berangkat ke luar negeri. Jangan sampai mereka ini nantinya berangkat ke luar negeri tanpa dilengkapi dokumen,” ucapnya.
