PPN PMSE TERKINI: 127 PEMUNGUT DAN RP8,2 TRILIUN HASIL PUNGUTAN

Jakarta, 9 September 2022 – Sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2022, pemerintah kumpulkan penerimaan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai atas Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik (PMSE) sebesar Rp8,2 triliun. Jumlah tersebut berasal dari Rp731,4 miliar setoran tahun 2020, Rp3,9 triliun setoran tahun 2021, dan Rp3,5 triliun setoran tahun 2022. Selain itu, pemerintah telah menunjuk 127 pelaku usaha PMSE menjadi pemungut PPN dengan 106 di antaranya telah
melakukan pemungutan. Jumlah tersebut bertambah 8 pelaku usaha jika dibandingkan dengan yang diberitakan sebelumnya pada dua bulan lalu.

Delapan pelaku usaha tersebut berasal dari 2 penunjukan di bulan Juli 2022 dan 6 penunjukan
di bulan Agustus 2022. Penunjukan di bulan Juli 2022:

Penunjukkan di bulan Agustus 2022:

1. Patreon, Inc.
2. Change.Org
3. PT. Ocommerce Capital Indonesia
4. ESET, Spol, s r.o.
5. CGTrader UAB

Selain itu, di bulan Juli 2022 dilakukan pembetulan terhadap Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited, Proxima Beta Pte Ltd, Tencent Mobility Limited, Tencent Mobile International Limited, Image Future Investment (HK) Limited, High Morale Developments Limited, Aceville Pte Ltd, dan Chegg, Inc.

“Pembetulan pemungut PPN PMSE dilakukan dalam hal terdapat elemen data dalam surat keputusan penunjukan yang berbeda atau berubah dari keadaan sebenarnya atau ada kekeliruan dalam penerbitan surat keputusan tersebut,” jelas Neilmaldrin Noor, Direktur Penyuluhan, Pelayanan, dan Hubungan Masyarakat.

Sesuai dengan PMK-60/PMK.03/2022, pelaku usaha PMSE yang telah ditunjuk sebagai pemungut wajib memungut PPN dengan tarif 11% atas produk luar negeri yang dijualnya di Indonesia.

Lebih lanjut, Neilmaldrin mengingatkan pelaku usaha yang telah ditunjuk sebagai pemungut PPN PMSE wajib membuat bukti pungut PPN atas pajak yang telah dipungut. Bukti pungut tersebut dapat berupa commercial invoice, billing, order receipt, atau dokumen sejenis lainnya yang menyebutkan pemungutan PPN dan telah dilakukan pembayaran.

Ke depan, DJP masih akan terus menunjuk para pelaku usaha PMSE yang melakukan penjualan produk maupun pemberian layanan digital dari luar negeri kepada konsumen di Indonesia dan telah memenuhi kriteria yaitu, nilai transaksi dengan pembeli Indonesia melebihi Rp600 juta setahun atau Rp50 juta sebulan; dan/atau jumlah traffic di Indonesia melebihi 12 ribu setahun atau seribu dalam sebulan, untuk memungut PPN PMSE atas kegiatannya tersebut.

Hadir dalam acara Opening Ceremony BCA Expo Hybrid 2022 secara offline Wakil Presiden Direktur BCA Armand W. Hartono, Direktur BCA Haryanto T. Budiman, Direktur BCA Santoso, Direktur BCA Finance Petrus S. Karim, serta EVP Consumer Loan BCA dan Ketua Panitia BCA Expo Hybrid 2022 Welly Yandoko, serta EVP Secretariat & Corporate Communication BCA Hera Haryn pada Jumat (09/09).

Untuk memeriahkan dan meningkatkan antusiasme BCA Expo Hybrid 2022, BCA menawarkan program suku bunga KPR yang sangat spesial, yaitu 3,85% eff.p.a fix 3 tahun. Adapun KKB BCA memberikan penawaran istimewa bunga spesial 2,5% untuk tenor 1 tahun, serta KSM BCA yang akan memberikan DP spesial 1,2% khusus bagi nasabah BCA minimal 1 tahun.

Sebagai informasi, hingga Juni 2022, BCA telah menyalurkan total kredit BCA naik 13,8% secara tahunan (yoy) menjadi Rp675,36 triliun. Tren kredit konsumer juga terus membaik, dengan total kredit portofolio kredit konsumer naik 7,6% YoY menjadi Rp160,51 triliun. Kemudian untuk kredit KPR BCA hingga Juni 2022, tumbuh 8,5% YoY menjadi Rp101,6 triliun. Sedangkan KKB BCA hingga Juni 2022, bertumbuh 4,8% YoY menjadi Rp43,2 triliun.

Lebih dari 60 Tahun Belum Pernah Dilakukan, PLN Revitalisasi Jaringan Kelistrikan Istana Kepresidenan

Jakarta, 08 September 2022- PT PLN (Persero) menargetkan proyek revitalisasi jaringan kelistrikan Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta bakal tuntas pada tahun 2023. Revitalisasi ini dilakukan guna meningkatkan keandalan pasokan listrik untuk menunjang aktivitas kenegaraan.

Revitalisasi ini menjadi yang pertama kali sejak sistem kelistrikan istana disiapkan pada tahun 1960 silam. Rencananya, Kompleks Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta bakal dipasok daya sebesar 6 Mega Volt Ampere (MVA).

Keseluruhan daya tersebut digunakan untuk kelistrikan di lingkungan Istana Negara, Istana Merdeka, Kantor Presiden, Kantor Wakil Presiden, Wisma Negara, dan Sekretariat Negara.

Kepala Sekretariat Kepresidenan Heru Budi Hartono berharap agar proyek revitalisasi ini berjalan sesuai rencana. Sebab, banyak kegiatan presiden di Istana Negara yang bergantung pada pasokan listrik yang andal.

“Semoga revitalisasi sistem kelistrikan di komplek Istana Kepresidenan ini dapat berjalan lancar sesuai jadwal,” pungkas Heru.

Direktur Utama PLN, Darmawan Prasodjo usai penyerahan sertifikat Energi Terbarukan atau Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) bersama Kasetpres Heru Budi Hartono melakukan peninjauan untuk memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai rencana.

Darmawan menegaskan, revitalisasi jaringan kelistrikan ini menjadi prioritas PLN karena berkaitan dengan kepentingan bangsa yang besar, terlebih untuk ketahanan negara.

“Revitalisasi kelistrikan di Kompleks Istana Kepresidenan adalah komitmen PLN untuk mendukung ketahanan nasional melalui pasokan listrik yang andal. Kami pastikan revitalisasi berjalan lancar dan tidak mengganggu aktivitas kenegaraan di lingkungan Istana,” ujar Darmawan.

Darmawan menjelaskan, revitalisasi jaringan kelistrikan ini meliputi penambahan jumlah sumber pasokan dan penarikan jaringan listriknya, pembangunan Underground Power House, pembangunan satu gardu distribusi baru, dan revitalisasi empat gardu distribusi eksisting.

“Jika sebelum direvitalisasi, ada 2 sumber pasokan listrik dengan sistem shift di lingkungan Istana Presiden. Kini dengan adanya revitalisasi, sekarang ada 4 sumber pasokan yang standby,” jelas Darmawan.

Selain itu, penambahan juga juga dilakukan untuk Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) yang sebelumnya backup 25 persen untuk bagian krusial, nantinya akan menjadi 100 persen backup kelistrikan di seluruh kompleks Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta.

“Selanjutnya penggunaan genset setelah revitalisasi akan menjadi 100 persen backup kelistrikan PLN, dari semula hanya 30 persen. Ini akan membuat listrik sangat andal,” pungkas Darmawan.

Tinjau Command Center Pertamina, Erick Thohir Pantau Stok dan Upaya Antisipasi Kebocoran BBM

Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Erick Thohir meninjau Pertamina Integrated Enterprise Data and Command Center (PIEDCC) untuk melihat kesiapan dan kesiagaan Pertamina dalam menyalurkan energi hingga pelosok Tanah Air. Erick menilai, sistem yang dibangun Pertamina ini bisa mendeteksi baik ketersediaan, distribusi hingga potensi kebocoran BBM secara langsung (real time).

Erick meninjau PIEDCC di Gedung Grha Pertamina, Jakarta Pusat didampingi oleh Direktur Utama Pertamina Nicke Widyawati, Rabu (7/9/2022). Erick langsung memantau layar besar yang menyajikan kondisi SPBU Pertamina di berbagai wilayah Indonesia dan meninjau langsung data ketersediaan (stok) BBM di seluruh Indonesia yang dijelaskan oleh SVP Integrated Enterprise Data and Command Center Ignatius Sigit Pratopo.

“Command center ini dibuat Pertamina untuk mendeteksi hasil produksi. Kita bisa melihat hasil produksinya, prosesnya seperti apa, distribusinya baik lewat jalur laut maupun darat dan ada juga deteksi dini kalau sampai ada pengurangan stok hingga masuk ke pom bensin dan digunakan oleh masyarakat,” ujar Erick.

Dari peninjauan di PIEDCC, baik dari hulu hingga hilir, Erick menegaskan bahwa stok BBM untuk seluruh Indonesia masih dalam kondisi aman. Dia juga menegaskan, lewat PIEDCC Pertamina bisa menerapkan efisiensi baik dari sisi produksi hingga penjualan.

“Makanya sekarang saya mengecek langsung untuk memastikan kuota (stok) dalam kondisi aman, serta distribusi aman dan tidak bocor, efisien dan efektif,” katanya. Dari pantauan PIEDCC, untuk ketersediaan stok BBM jenis Pertalite berada pada level 17 hari, Pertamax pada level 49 hari dan Pertamax Turbo pada level 99 hari. Sedangkan untuk ketersediaan jenis Solar berada pada level 18 hari dan Pertamina Dex pada level 76 hari. Sementara itu, untuk ketersediaan BBM jenis Avtur berada pada level 31 hari.

Sementara itu, Nicke menjelaskan, lewat PIEDCC bisa terpantau aliran mulai dari produksi hingga penyaluran BBM ke masyarakat. Bahkan sistem PEDCC bisa memantau langsung potensi kebocoran distribusi di lapangan.

“Ini upaya yang kita lakukan untuk mengurangi losses (kehilangan) baik dari kilang, masuk ke kapal, masuk ke mobil tangki dan masuk ke SPBU. Di SPBU semua tercatat misalnya dari dispenser nomor 5 produknya apa saja yang dikeluarkan. Jadi kalau ada selisih langsung kelihatan,” jelas Nicke.

Lebih jauh, Erick menambahkan, pembangunan sistem PIEDCC ini memang sudah sepatutnya dilakukan. Terlebih saat ini sudah menjadi era dengan sistem data berbasis digital. Dia juga menambahkan, data yang disajikan Pertamina ini bisa dikolaborasikan dengan data yang ada di Polri, terutama dalam ikhwal pengawasan kecurangan di lapangan.

“Kami koordinasi dengan Kapolri untuk menandatangani MoU supaya data ini dan data kepolisian akan kita sinkronkan dan juga pengawasan kalau ada penimbunan. Kita dorong kerja sama ini dengan Kapolri, kata Erick.

Sektor Perikanan Maluku Makin Maju dan Efisien Berkat Anjungan Listrik Mandiri PLN

Tual, 7 September 2022 – PT PLN (Persero) kembali menghadirkan layanan Anjungan Listrik Mandiri (ALMA) guna mendukung sektor perikanan dan kelautan melalui program Electrifying Marine di Provinsi Maluku.

Kali ini, PLN menghadirkan ALMA di Kota Tual, Provinsi Maluku, yang juga menjadi ALMA pertama di wilayah tersebut berlokasi di dermaga Pelabuhan Feri Kota Tual.

Apresiasi datang dari Kepala ASDP Indonesia Ferry Cabang Tual, Erwin, yang turut merasakan manfaat ALMA dan program Electrifying Marine PLN di Pelabuhan Ferry kota Tual.

“Kami berharap ke depannya ALMA bisa hadir dan tersedia di seluruh dermaga kami,” kata Erwin.

General Manager PLN Unit Induk Wilayah Maluku dan Maluku Utara (UIW MMU), Adams Yogasara mengungkapkan, kehadiran ALMA bertujuan membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan listrik pelanggan pada sektor perikanan laut, dan juga sebagai kebutuhan layanan listrik temporer seperti penerangan kapal, untuk keperluan cold storage serta kebutuhan listrik lainnya di seputaran lokasi dermaga Pelabuhan Feri Kota Tual.

“ALMA merupakan bentuk dukungan PLN terhadap perkembangan perekonomian masyarakat setempat, sehingga dengan adanya pasokan listrik dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan,” kata Adams.

Pihaknya pun menambahkan, PLN terus berkomitmen untuk menghadirkan solusi bagi pelanggan dalam memanfaatkan tenaga listrik sebagai energi yang lebih bersih, terjangkau dan juga andal di seluruh sektor termasuk perikanan dan kelautan sebagai wujud nyata transformasi PLN pilar Customer Focus dan Innovative.

“Sebagai bentuk komitmen tersebut, kami telah menyediakan 21 ALMA di berbagai pelabuhan di wilayah Provinsi Maluku dan Maluku Utara,” tambah Adams.

Pembangunan ALMA merupakan bentuk konkret pelaksanaan program Electrifying Marine PLN. Program ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik pelanggan pada sektor perikanan laut guna memenuhi kebutuhan layanan listrik temporer seperti penerangan kapal, coldstorage, serta kebutuhan listrik lainnya di lokasi dermaga, pelabuhan hingga Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI).
