Jakarta, 8 Maret 2022 — Menyambut Hari Perempuan lnternasional dan ulang tahun PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk. ke-62, Srikandi WIKA  menghelat sharing session WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP berikut pengukuhan Srikandi WIKA di Giri Unggul, Pusat Kepemimpinan Wikasatrian, Bogor, Selasa (8/3)
Hadir dalam acara yang berlangsung secara hybrid ini, antara lain: Menteri Luar Negeri Retno Marsudi, Gusti Kanjeng Ratu Hemas, Deputi Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Teknologi, dan Informasi Kementerian BUMN, Tedi Bharata, Direktur Utama WIKA, Agung Budi Waskito, Ketua Umum Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) yang juga Wakil Direktur Utama PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Alexandra Askandar, dan Christine Hutabarat, Sekjen Srikandi BUMN sekaligus Direktur Strategi Bisnis dan Pemasaran Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN).
Membuka acara, Direktur Utama Perseroan Agung Budi Waskito langsung menyampaikan terima kasihya kepada Srikandi WIKA atas terselenggaranya acara sharing session ini. Ia berujar bahwa realisasi Women In Leadership merupakan sumbangsih luar biasa, bagaimana kerja sama, kebersamaan, solidaritas dan inklusivitas yang selama ini dilakukan Srikandi WIKA bisa menjadi salah satu jawaban sekaligus solusi pemulihan Perseroan.
Deputi Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Teknologi, dan Informasi Kementerian BUMN, Tedi Bharata juga mengapresiasi inisiasi Srikandi WIKA atas terselenggaranya sharing session Women in Leadership. “Mewakili Kementerian BUMN, saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada WIKA. Melalui sarasehan Women In Leadership. Perempuan dan Srikandi BUMN mendapat posisi terhormat untuk berbicara emansipasi,” tukasnya.
Berdasarkan studi dari Global Gender Raport 2021, World Economic Forum menuliskan bahwa dibutuhkan setidaknya 145,5 tahun untuk mencapai kesetaraan gender di bidang poliitik atau naik 50% dari masa pra pandemi yaitu 95%. Bidang ekonomi dibutuhkan 267,6 tahun dan Pendidikan yang relatif lebih singkat yaitu 14,2 tahun untuk wujudkan kesetaraan gender.
Dalam keynote-nya, Menteri Luar Negeri RI, Retno Marsudi menekankan perlunya perempuan membongkar, menghentikan dan menghancurkan bias, #BreakTheBias.  Hal itu tandasnya, tak lain karena masih adanya pandangan skeptis pada perempuan di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Perempuan acap kali dihadapkan pada pilihan berkarir di luar rumah atau menjadi Ibu Rumah Tangga di dalam rumah. Hal itulah yang menjadi intisari bias, padahal perempuan bisa melakukan keduanya dan tidak harus memilih salah satunya.
Ada 3 hal enabling environment lanjut Retno yang bisa menjadi katalis untuk mereduksi bias pada perempuan. Pertama, perempuan harus merubah mindset orang banyak. Bukan hal yang mudah memang, karena mindset ini sudah menjadi warisan antar  generasi. Kedua, family support yang merupakan faktor kunci untuk melangkah, dan ketiga, kaum perempuan itu sendiri.
“Perubahan harus dimulai dari kita sendiri, kaum perempuan. We need to first empower ourselves. The power that comes from within. Break the bias starting with your self,” ujar Menteri Retno.
Sebagai rangkaian acara, juga dilakukan pengukuhan Srikandi WIKA oleh pengurus Srikandi BUMN yang juga Direktur, Keuangan dan SDM Umum LKBN Antara, Nina Kurnia Dewi kepada Puspita Anggraeni selaku Ketua Srikandi WIKA, dan turut disaksikan oleh Direktur Human Capital dan Pengembangan Perseroan, Mursyid.
Para Perempuan Hebat & Bedah Buku
Pada kesempatan sharing session Women in Leadership tersebut, GKR Hemas menekankan bahwa perempuan itu mampu, tangguh, dan hebat. Ia memandang bahwa saat ini adalah momentum yang tepat bagi perempuan untuk menjawab semua tantangan peran dan fungsi pada setiap akses kehidupan. “Srikandi BUMN, Srikandi WIKA, dan Perempuan Indonesia harus mahir dalam menggunakan sarana digital  dan ikut memimpin di segala bidang tanpa batas” ujarnya.
Senada dengan itu Ketua Umum FHCI, Alexandra Askandar juga menyampaikan bagaimana diversity dan gender quality adalah mandatori bagi laju roda perusahaan. Oleh karenanya, tidak ada alasan bagi perempuan untuk statis dalam kiprahnya.
“Perempuan harus mau dan mampu berakselerasi, mendapat dukungan dan support system keluarga; mengembangkan diri melaui program leadership, coach, dan mentoring; serta melakukan empowering untuk mendukung work life balance,” ujar Alexandra.
Dari sudut pandang Srikandi BUMN, peran dan fungsi perempuan dalam lingkungan BUMN bukan lagi menjalankan fungsi komplementer, tetapi telah menjalakan peran strategis. “Srikandi BUMN lahir untuk mengembangkan kesetaraan gender dalam pengambilan keputusan,” tukasnya.
Selain itu, hari ini di Wikasaterian juga dilaksanakan bedah buku “How Women Lead” karya Poppy Amalya dengan para panelis, antara lain Ayu Widya Kiswari, Direktur QHSE WIKA dan Cut Noosy Keumalfajri, Director of Support Operation Grab Indonesia.
Bedah buku yang dimoderatori oleh Senior Anchor, Sumi Yang tersebut, memotret bagaimana multitasking-nya perempuan, solusi secara psikologis menjadi pemimpin perempuan, dan  tantangan menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan  dan keluarga. “Pemimpin perempuan yang sukses harus memiliki kualitas androgini. Think like a man, buat act like lady,”  ujar Poppy Amalia.
Pun sama halnya keterpujian perempuan dalam pandangan Direktur QHSE WIKA, Ayu Widya Kiswari. Ia menggarisbawahi bagaimana perempuan saat ini, bisa sejajar dengan kaum pria. Bukan terletak pada kompararasi differensiasi saja, tetapi bagaimana dengan kapasitas dan kapabilitas yang ada, perempuan bisa tampil dan membuktikan performanya.
“Jangan melihat kelemahan, perempab harus build capacity, dan belajar kepada siapa dan dari mana saja. Keep learning dan #percaya.”pungkas Cut Noosy.
